We took our guests on a world tour! Serving 5 courses from different parts of the world (Ghana, Thailand, North America & of course Nigeria). As a nod to how most Nigerians can add suya pepper (Yaaji) to virtually everything, yaaji spice was in all five courses. There was also a cocktail making session featuring locally sourced palm wine
