Garlic Herb Butter

113g unsalted butter, room temperature

1 garlic clove, minced

3 tbsp of chopped fresh herbs

  • Parsley

  • Thyme

  • Rosemary

½ tsp salt

¼  tsp black pepper

ingredients

method

  1. Finely chop the herbs

  2. Mix the softened butter with the chopped herbs and minced garlic

  3. Serve in a shallow bowl or roll into a log using parchment paper, chill and serve it sliced
