Garlic Herb Butter

113g unsalted butter, room temperature
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tbsp of chopped fresh herbs
Parsley
Thyme
Rosemary
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

Finely chop the herbs
Mix the softened butter with the chopped herbs and minced garlic
Serve in a shallow bowl or roll into a log using parchment paper, chill and serve it sliced
