Grilled Tuna Salad

A handful of watercress
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 tbsp finely chopped basil
2 Cucumbers
3 Heirloom Tomatoes
1 whole Tuna
Pinch Sea salt
2 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil

method
Dice your tuna into small chunks, season with sea salt, lemon juice and lemon pepper seasoning and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees c. on grill setting
Line your baking tray with foil, add your tuna in, drizzle with oil and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes
Optional: put grilled tuna in a bowl, cover with cling film and infuse with smoke using a smoking gun
Wash your cress and put it in a sieve and add a few ice cubes to keep it fresh
Core tomatoes and dice
Dice cucumber (for aesthetics make it the same size as the tomatoes)
In a bowl make your dressing by combining olive oil and basil
In a salad bowl, add parsley, watercress, tomatoes, cucumber and tuna; and toss
Serve salad with basil-olive oil and crushed sea salt
