
Teriyaki Salmon

2 salmon fillets
Sea salt
1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chopped scotch bonnet (can increase depending on how much heat you like)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp finely chopped parsley

Season the salmon with salt & lemon pepper seasoning
Preheat the oven at 250°C on the grill setting and grease an oven safe skillet with the oil
Make a marinade using teriyaki, vinegar, honey, chilli, ginger & garlic & set aside
Pan sear the salmon on all sides
Pour the marinade over the salmon
And put it in the oven at for 5 minutes
Leave to rest for 5 minutes & serve with chilli flakes and finely chopped parsley
