Teriyaki Salmon

2 salmon fillets

Sea salt

1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning

3 tbsp teriyaki sauce

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

3 tbsp honey

1 tbsp chopped scotch bonnet (can increase depending on how much heat you like)

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 tbsp chopped ginger

1 tbsp oil

1/4 tsp chilli flakes

1/4 tsp finely chopped parsley



  1. Season the salmon with salt & lemon pepper seasoning 

  2. Preheat the oven at 250°C on the grill setting and grease an oven safe skillet with the oil 

  3. Make a marinade using teriyaki, vinegar, honey, chilli, ginger & garlic & set aside 

  4. Pan sear the salmon on all sides 

  5. Pour the marinade over the salmon 

  6. And put it in the oven at for 5 minutes 

  7. Leave to rest for 5 minutes & serve with chilli flakes and finely chopped parsley
