200ml peach puree/nectar

800ml prosecco/champagne

1 tbsp sugar

  1.  In a pitcher combine peach puree, orange juice and sugar and stir 

  2. Fill a glass 1/3 of the way with the peach-orange mixture 

  3. Top up with prosecco/champagne and serve
