Bourbon Lemon Sweet Tea

3 bags of Lemon and Ginger Tea
3 bags Earl Grey Tea
2 litres water
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup bourbon
Ice
Lemon slices

method
Add 2 litres of water to a pot and bring to a boil, remove from heat
Steep the tea bags in the hot water for 5 mins then discard
Mix the sugar and bourbon into the hot tea so it dissolves completely
Pour the tea into a 2 litre pitcher and refrigerate until very cold
Serve over ice and lemon
