Bourbon Lemon Sweet Tea

2 litres


3 hours


3 bags of Lemon and Ginger Tea

3 bags Earl Grey Tea 

2 litres water   

3/4 cup granulated sugar 

1 cup bourbon


Lemon slices 



  1. Add 2 litres of water to a pot and bring to a boil, remove from heat 

  2. Steep the tea bags in the hot water for 5 mins then discard 

  3. Mix the sugar and bourbon into the hot tea so it dissolves completely 

  4. Pour the tea into a 2 litre pitcher and refrigerate until very cold  

  5. Serve over ice and lemon
