  1. Pull the duck meat from the duck legs and shred

  2. Slice the bun in half and toast in the oven lightly

  3. To build the sliders; spread some hoisin sauce on the base of the bun; put some pulled duck on it; squirt some garlic mayo on; top with cress; close with top half of the bun and secure with a mini skewer stick
